Reimbursement Programs

Reimbursement - excluding the $3900 Inclusive Destination Package for the Kauai Marathon Weekend:

• Just raise $2000
• Once $2000 has been raised, you will be eligible to receive up to 20% of the amount raised (i.e., $400+) for reimbursement of the registered participant’s eligible expenses for race registration, coach airfare, and up to 3 nights lodging
• All money raised must be in accordance with the A-T Children’s Project’s Fundraising Guidelines.
• Once the $2000 has been raised, receipts can then be submitted with the Expense Form to the A-T Children’s Project for reimbursement of eligible expenses.

3 New recruits = Your race registraton free up to $150:

Recruit 3 NEW participants in addition to yourself to receive a reimbursement for your own race registration!

• Which races qualify? Kauai, Disneyland, and Walt Disney World Marathon
• Do I have to register with you for a race first? YES
• Who counts as a NEW participant? Anyone who has NOT registered with us before as an A-T CureTeam member
• How do I let you know that I've recruited new people? Once you've registered with us, email fundraising with your recruits' names, cities, & states. Instruct your recruits to enter your name in the RECRUITED BY field of the registration form
• When do I get my race reimbursement? Once your recruits have registered and we've confirmed your 3 NEW people, we will credit your card the amount of your own race registration
