A-T Cure Team

Requirements

The per person Fundraising Minimum Requirement for your chosen race is your personal commitment and is independent of your participation in any of the Race Weekends for any reason whatsoever. EXCEPTIONS: Hy-Vee Triathlon and Hope with Every Step events have no minimums; The Kauai Marathon also has a $3900 all inclusive fundraising minimum.

Fundraising

• Either donate the minimum requirement or raise it through soliciting donations or a combination of both
• All money raised must be payable to the A-T Children’s Project
• Participants must agree to abide by the A-TCP's Fundraising Guidelines
• All donations must be sent directly to the A-TCP office
• Forward any donations given to you personally within 15 days 

Fundraising Deadlines

• The minimum requirement is due by the race deadline regardless of your race weekend participation
• Each race has its own deadline
• All funds to count toward your minimum must be received by the A-T Children's Project by 5:00 PM on the DEADLINE DATE for the Race Weekend for which you registered regardless of your participation in the weekend due to injury, illness, change of plans, etc.
• The minimum must be received through online donations at www.atcp.org or by the A-TCP offices at 5300 W. Hillsboro Blvd. #105, Coconut Creek, Florida 33073

Minimum Deficit

• If the entire minimum is not received by the A-T Children’s Project by the DEADLINE DATE, then the registrant's credit card will be charged the difference between the minimum required minus the amount donated by you and your sponsors
• Participants will be notified via email of the exact amount to be charged prior to the actual charge
