Event Registration

Register your event: By completing and submitting this form, as the EVENT HOST for this event, I have read and agree to follow the A-T Children's Project's Fundraising Guidelines.

Auction items: The IRS requires us to inform the purchaser that the amount of the contribution that is deductible for federal income tax purposes is limited to the excess of money contributed by the donor over the value of goods or services provided by the organization.

Raffle tickets: Please check with your local government to see if you are required to purchase a raffle license. Raffle ticket purchases are not considered tax deductible by the IRS.
