Hosting an Event
Choose an activity that you and your family and friends already enjoy. That way you will have a built-in committee and attendees.
Online Fundraising
Create your own Personal Fundraising Web Page! The quickest and easiest way to reach your goals! Email everyone in your address book directly from your page so they can make a donation online, check your progress toward your goal, and email a thank you note to your supporters - all from your Personal Fundraising Web Page.
Tell all your friends and family
- Include a picture of the child or children for whom you are participating to truly put a face to this rare disease.
- Give your donors a due date to help make sure donations are received before your fundraising deadline.
- Ask your donors to submit Matching Gift Forms with their donations if their employers have a Matching Gift Program -- then the original donation at least doubles.
