A-T Children's Project's Family / Caregiver Forum

The A-T Children's Project established a LISTSERV mailing list through the NIH to act as an online meeting place for A-T families. The purpose of this forum is solely for support, and is not to be used for fundraising efforts.

To subscribe to this list, send an e-mail from the e-mail address that you want subscribed to: LISTSERV@LIST.NIH.GOV  containing only the following text as the first line of the body of the message: SUBSCRIBE ATFAMILY-L

You must send this message from the e-mail address that you want subscribed to the mailing list. You will receive a confirming message asking you to respond with the text "ok". After that you will be a member of the mailing list. You will also receive instructions on how to unsubscribe from the list should you choose to. Please keep these messages for future reference.

To post messages to the list AFTER YOU HAVE JOINED, just send e-mail to the address:
ATFAMILY-L@LIST.NIH.GOV and it will be forwarded to all current subscribers. You will receive a copy of all messages posted to this address. This list serves as an on-line meeting place for AT families to seek information and share their thoughts with others.

In order to ensure confidentiality, we have set up the mailing list so that only the list-owner will know who is subscribed. (If you post to the list, of course, other list members will see your words and your e-mail address.) This list will NOT be archived (as some other e-mail lists are) so that only those currently subscribed to the list will receive copies of your postings.
