7:00 A.M. – Volunteer show up | Vendor set up
8:00 A.M. – Race registration | Check-in opens
8:30 A.M. – Pre-race introduction
9:00 A.M. – Race starts for 5K run/walk | Kids activities begin
10:00 A.M. – 1K Kids fun run starts
10:30 A.M. – Post-race rewards ceremony
Registration options
Register to attend in person before August 14 and receive an event t-shirt!
5K walk/Run – Starts at 9:00 am
$30/person | $35/person after August 14
Timed 5K. Participants that register before August 14 will receive an event t-shirt. Participants will receive a race bib with chip to track time.
1K Kids fun run- STARTS AT 10:00 AM
$20/kid | $25/kid after August 14
Untimed 1K race on a course. Participants that register before August 14 will receive an event t-shirt. Bibs are not included.
virtual 5k walk/run- $20 – wherever/whenever
Participate in a 5K run/walk anywhere! Event t-shirt is not included in virtual registration. Download your virtual bib here! (Your bib # will be your birthdate.)
Packet pick-up
Registrants will be required to pick up their packets prior to the event at runner registration beginning at 8:00 am on race day at Duke Island Park.

Awards will be given to our top place runners (male & female) in each category below!
