To our Disney Worlders,
It is with great sadness and out of an abundance of caution that we have cancelled our pasta dinner scheduled for Saturday, January 8. As much as we would love to celebrate our A-T CureTeam in person, at this time we feel it is safest to celebrate our team’s accomplishments from afar.
Although the dinner is now cancelled, we will still be located at the Contemporary Resort Convention Center for our hospitality suite. I will be on the patio in front (called the porte cochère) handing out your A-T gear and shirts. You should be able to drive right up in your car. You will not have to pay for parking. Just let the security guard know that you are picking something up at the Conventoin Center! I will be there the following days and times:
Wednesday, January 5 – 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Thursday, January 6 – 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday, January 7 – 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday, January 8 – 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
If you plan on stopping by on Friday, please call or text my cell at 561-306-2826 when you arrive. A different event will be held on the porte cochère on Friday, but I will be able to meet you outside with your shirts and say hello!
