Thank you so much for participating in Dr. Gupta’s wearable study earlier this year. Dr. Gupta is currently doing the last round of data collection and has requested a few more details about the A-T patients who participated:

1. Do you have any documented AFP tests for your child? If so, could you email us their AFP level?
2. How old was your child when you first saw signs of a neurological issue such as ataxic gait or excessive drooling? What was the first sign?
3. We have your child’s ATM mutation report on file and will forward it on to Dr. Gupta if he doesn’t have it already.
